Vigor Precision Co., Ltd. (formerly known as: Tang Huang Industrial Co., Ltd.), was established in 1996. Our technical staffs have more than 40 years of spring manufacturing experience. We’re proud of our design and manufacturing capabilities of highly precise and complex springs. We start from spring manufacturing, and then extend into the field of metal strip forming parts, and continue to refine the manufacturing process of springs/components. We keep urging ourselves to become a preferred choice in the industry with more innovative thinking.
With the shift of application requirements, two important trends have been observed: small-volume large-variety production, and the other is the demand for lightweight. Therefore, the manufacturing capacity of springs must keep up with the pace to respond the market demand quickly. To do so, we have been actively using the most advanced special-purpose and multi-axis spring forming machines. The objectives are:
- 1.Improve the tuning efficiency of complex springs
- 2.Increase production speed
- 3.Enhance the precision of the springs

Goals
In order to further develop the company in the long run, we decided to rename it in 2020, and repositioned it to make differentiation from the industry. To facilitate the new positioning, our short-term, mid-term and long-term goals are set as below:
- Short-term: Purchase more special-purpose springs machines to enhance the manufacturing capacity of custom springs, provide customized services, and increase the richness and diversity of products.
- Mid-term: Standardize wire forms and springs products, provide finished products manufacturing and packaging services to shorten the lead time from manufacturing to delivery.
- Long-term: Vertically integrate the supply chain and provide automated assembly services for wire forms、springs and other assemblies to help customers solve the assembly problems of precision parts.
